Pugh + Scarpa’s master plan for an existing industrial site in the heart of Culver City, adjacent to the Ballona Creek waterway, comprised of a series of disparate warehouse buildings and surface parking, creates an exciting workplace community. The work included complete shell and core rehabilitation, demolition and addition of structures and tying together two parcels to improve parking and traffic flow.
